Joyce Marie Lavoie

Joyce Lavoie (Landry) passed away peacefully on December 1st, from complications related to her 40+ year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Joyce was born on March 29, 1946 . She was preceded in death by her mother Rita King Landry and her father Leon Landry. She is survived by Justin Lavoie (son), Steven Johnson (son), Carol Mercurio (sister), Judy Laukaitis (sister), John Landry (brother), Paul Landry (brother) and many nieces & nephews.

Joyce loved spending time with family & friends. She also enjoyed reading, movies, tv, music, dancing, and cooking. She was known for her great sense of humor, love of animals, love of the outdoors, and her fighting spirit. Joyce was loved by many.

A private family memorial will be being held on Saturday, December 8th , 2018 at 11:00am at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL located at 370 Plantation Street Worcester, MA.
