Linda K. Benoit

Linda K. (Friburg) Benoit, age 65, beloved wife of Thomas R. Benoit, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022, at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Worcester following a short illness.  Linda battled Rheumatoid Arthritis for over 39 years. She was born in Beverly, was the daughter of the late Ernest W. Friburg Jr. and the late Louise P. (Durgin) Friburg. She was raised and educated in Beverly and was a resident of Worcester for 34 years. Surviving her are Richard W. Friburg and his partner Ling Wong, Diane L. Friburg and Robert A. Friburg, sister in-laws, brother in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, Saturday, August 6, 2022, calling hours 1:00pm to 2:00pm with services immediately following at the Mercadante Funeral Home.
