Lolita Catalan 80 of Worcester a faithful member of Saint John Church, St John Filipino Choir and the St. Rafqa Prayer Shawl Ministry died on Saturday March 23 at U-Mass Hospital. Born in the Philippines she was the daughter of the late Jose and Natividad (Mana-ay) Catalan. Lolita leaves one brother Manuel Catalan and his wife Erlinda, one sister who she lived with Cecilia Catalan, three nephews, Anthony Kevin Catalan and his wife Arlene, Joseph Francis Catalan and his wife Jane, and John Martin Catalan.
Funeral services will be held from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. Worcester. Calling hours will be Wednesday March 27, 2019 from 4=8pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10am in St. John’s Church 44 Temple St. Worcester 01604. Burial will be private in the Philippines.
