Maria Angelica Collazo

Maria Angelica Collazo 37 of Worcester dies suddenly on Sunday April 28, 2019 at home.  Born in Hartford, Connecticut she was the daughter of Miguel Collazo and Minerva Correa.  An administrator for U-Mass Memorial Hospital and a former administrator for the Plumley Village Health Center, Maria will be missed by many and remembered as a woman who loved life, her family and all those she served at her work. 

Maria leaves besides her parents her long time partner Carlos Cruz, 3 sons Tristen Cruz, Sincere Cruz, and Carlos Cruz.  She also leaves her beloved family of five sisters and one brother, Luis Diaz, Minerva Montero, Joanna Collazo, Isabel Collazo, Ixiomara Collazo, and Sheyna Diaz. 

Maria's family will celebrate her life on Sunday May 5, 2019 at the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
