Mary T Morrill

Mary T (Ricardi) Morrill, 93, of Morningdale, MA passed away peacefully on Saturday March 13, 2021, with her loving family by her side.  She was predeceased by her loving husband, Earl W. Morrill.

Mary was born in Worcester, daughter of Dino and Mary (Grilli) Ricardi who immigrated from Italy to the US in the early 1900’s.

Mary is survived by her sons, Stephen E Morrill and his wife Linn from Maynard, MA, and James D. Morrill and his wife Kim of Boylston MA: a daughter, Mary L (Morrill) St Hilaire and her husband Gene of Marlborough MA, her sister, Jean C (Ricardi) Heim of North Brookfield MA; grand-daughters, Bethany Morrill of Clinton MA , Jessie (Morrill) Ponte and her husband Brian of N.Dartmouth MA , Heather (St Hilaire)Perez and Tiffany (St Hilaire) Devey both of Huntington Beach CA ; four great grand-children; several nieces and nephews.

Mary is predeceased by two sisters, Marian (Ricardi) Dagostino, and Elena (Ricardi) Lauderdale; and by a brother, Peter Ricardi.

Mary worked for many years at Hanover/State Mutual Insurance Co in Worcester and then as an Executive Administrative Assistant for Stark Johnson and Stinson Insurance in Worcester Ma - after a brief retirement Mary worked as the assessor’s clerk for the Town of Boylston and fully retired 4 years ago at the age of 89.

Mary loved her family and friends and was a devout member of St Mary of the Hills Church in Boylston, she loved cooking, bird watching, flowers and wildlife and was a talented artist. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

A Memorial Mass and will be held in the Spring, at a date and time to be announced, when Covid restrictions are more conducive to gathering safely.

The family has entrusted Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel of Worcester.
