Melissa J. Gordon Kozerski

Melissa J. Gordon Kozerski, 58, of Oxford, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, after having a stroke.

Melissa is survived by her mother and best friend, Margery A. Gordon, with whom she lived, many cousins and friends.  She was predeceased by her brother, William Gordon, Jr.  Melissa was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, William D. Gordon.

Melissa was an accounts payable/receivable specialist for National Glass, having previously worked for the Jewish Community Center.  

A time of visitation will be on Saturday, May 7, from 10 a.m. until a Prayer Service begins at 11 a.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.  Interment will follow at Rural Cemetery, Worcester.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the New England Center for Stroke Research, in care of the Chan Medical School at UMass Office of Advancement, 333 South Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545, or by visiting www.umassmed.edu/give; select the amount you wish to donate, then choose “other UMMS funds or other funds”, then select “other” and hit “continue” then you can specify the fund as NE Ctr for Stroke Research and that it is in Melissa’s memory.
