Mona Lisa Harris, 61 of Worcester, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021, at Mass General Hospital in Boston.
Mona Lisa is survived by her loving family, including a daughter, Latonya D. Harris and her fiancé Charles Richardson of Worcester; two sons, Michael W. Harris of Huntsville, AL, and Elder J. Harris of Worcester; three step-children, Joseph Q. Frazier of Fitchburg, Jamal R. Frazier of Worcester and Yenisey A. Frazier and her fiancé Bryan Barnett of Worcester; a brother, Alto L. Hayes of Worcester; ten grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her pittie, Finesse Harris, who was her loyal companion for fifteen years. Mona Lisa was born in Birmingham, Alabama, daughter of George Harris and Alberta Davis. She grew up in Birmingham and moved her family to Worcester in 1983.
Mona Lisa was a kind and compassionate person who dedicated her life to others; this was most notable in her work as a dietary aide and PCA at the Greenery Care Facility, she had previously worked doing private in-home care. She enjoyed music, shopping in stores and online, and spending time enjoying the love of family.
Calling Hours for Mona Lisa will be on Thursday, August 5, from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon when her Funeral will begin in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
