Nelda Monique Riel

Nelda Monique Riel, 73, of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully on May 13, 2021.

She was born on April 25, 1948 to Armand W. and Nelda (Elkins) Riel. Nelda Monique was raised in Pittsfield, NH and graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1967 and attended Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsfield. She worked for a time at Globe Fire Suit Company. For the last thirty years, Nelda resided in Pensacola, Fl where she met her partner William (Bill) Shore with whom she shared her last twenty years until his passing in December 2020.

Nelda Monique is pre-deceased by her partner William Shore, her parents, her brother Armand Riel and brother-in-law William Fraser. She is survived by her son. Mark Rogers of Worcester, MA, her life-long friend Kathy Meserve, of Loudon, NH and her brothers and sisters Angelique Mosher, Greg Riel, Jan Fraser, Shelly Riel, and their spouses and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church 20 River Rd. Pittsfield, NH 03263, on May 29 at 10:00AM followed by interment at Floral Park Cemetery in Pittsfield.
