Nen Si Nguyen

Nen Si Nguyen, 85 of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at UMass Medical Center.

Nen was born on December 25, 1935 in Thua Thien, Hue, Vietnam to the late Nghi Si Nguyen and Nghia Thi Cong Tang Ton Nu.

Nen is survived by his wife Liem Thanh Nguyen; three sons, Kevin Nguyen and his wife Khiet Dang of Worcester, Michael Nguyen and his wife Doan Quach of Holden and Dung Si Nguyen of Worcester; six daughters, Trinh Nguyen, and her husband Thanh Le of Shrewsbury, Linh Nguyen and her husband Liem Lam of Worcester, Anh Nguyen and her husband Liet Ta of Canada, Tram Nguyen, and Que Nguyen both of Vietnam and Lan Nguyen of Texas; twenty-one grandchildren.  He is predeceased by his sister, Bich Huong Thi Nguyen.

Services for Nen will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a funeral Mass at 9:00 am at Our Lady of Vilna Church, 151 Sterling St., Worcester.  Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester.  Calling hours will be held on Sunday, January 3^rd from 5-8 pm in the funeral home.

Face masks and social distancing is mandatory at the funeral home, church and cemetery.
