Omari C Hector

Omari C. Hector, 13 of Worcester, a 7^th grade student at Forest Grove School died suddenly July 5^th at U-Mass Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained in a tragic accident at Bell Pond.  Born in Worcester, Omari is the son of Schnelle Ravenelle and Alton Hector.  Besides his mother and father, Omari leaves six brothers and sisters, Alyssa Hector, Robert Hector, Messiah Ravenelle, Asael Ravenelle, Zair Carvey, Coniyah Carvey, and his grandmother Cordina Hector.  Omari’s funeral will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018.  Calling hours will be held from 10 am to 11 am at the Belmont AME Zion Church, 55 Illinois St., Worcester followed by his funeral service in the church at 11 am.  Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.  MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester is entrusted with Omari’s arrangements.  To leave a condolence note for the family, please visit www.mercadantefuneral.com
