Patricia A. Ricard

Patricia Ann (Schleyer) Ricard, 73, of Leicester, a two-time cancer survivor, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, in the comfort of her home.

Patti is survived by two daughters, Michelle Ricard-Veidis and her husband Martin of Walpole, and Tammi Chenard of Spencer; a brother, Robert Schleyer and his wife Bette-Jane of Westminster; two sisters, Nancy Geneseo and her husband Joseph of Wells, ME, and Jane Orseno and her husband Michael of Wilmington, NC; two grandchildren, Vilhelms Veidis and Angelica Chenard; many nieces and nephews.  She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, William R. and Ruth A. (Courtney) Schleyer. 

Patti graduated from Shrewsbury High School and worked for many years as a nursing home CNA, before retiring.  She enjoyed country music, dancing, and going to Mohegan Sun.  She was known for clothing as sparkling as her bright personality and her laughter would fill any room she was in.

Due to the current Covid-19 health concerns, services will be held privately.
