Ralph K. Bolduc

Ralph K. Bolduc, 90, of Worcester, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021, after a long illness.

He leaves his wife and best friend of sixty-nine years, Lorraine (Benoit) Bolduc; a son, Marc Bolduc of Worcester; a daughter Denise Chassé and her husband Joseph of Sandwich; two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Rachel Chassé; two brothers David Bolduc, and Roy Bolduc and his wife MaryAnn; two nieces, Elise and Claudine; and many friends in the Briarwood Community.

He loved meeting people of different nationalities and cultures and developed a close friendship with two young doctors, Sumedh and Veena, who had recently arrived to the United States from India.

Ralph received both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in French from Assumption College and a Master’s Degree in Public Communications from Boston University.  Most of his teaching career was spent as a college professor of French at Quinsigamond Community College and later taught Spanish after spending two summers studying in Mexico and Spain perfecting his skills.  His interests were languages, history, current events, and literature.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Tuesday, December 14, at 10 a.m. in Saint Peter’s Church, 39 Church Ave, Northbridge.  Interment at Saint Patrick’s Cemetery will be private.

There are no calling hours.

The family has entrusted Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel.
