Robert A. Buduo, 63, of Dudley, formerly of Worcester, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Robert is survived by his three children, whom he loved with all his heart, Lucia, Bobby, and Brianna Buduo all of Webster: his father and his wife, Harold and Pina Buduo, his mother, Mary Incutto, his sister, Lori A. Simone and her husband Tommie and his nephew, Anthony P. Rinaldi all of Worcester.
Robert was born on Shrewsbury Street and raised on Grafton Hill in Worcester. In his youth, he played baseball at Jack Barry and Tom Ash Little League and Eastside Babe Ruth. He graduated from St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury and attended Worcester State College. Robert retired from the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #63 after 30 years of service.
During his lifetime he had many names, Robert, Rob, Bob, Bobby, Hop, Boulder and Uncle Bub to name a few. He made friends easily and loved to have a good time.
Robert loved the traditions of his Italian heritage especially the Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve. He enjoyed spending time at the Cape with his family. He was an avid sports fan especially football and baseball. Robert will be sadly missed by all who loved him but will never be forgotten.
Robert’s services will be held are private. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery at the convenience of his family. MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester.
