She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Ida Mercando, her husband Joseph, and her beloved son John.
Sandy was all about family, she was a special person who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life; spending time with family and friends, large family gatherings; especially Christmas Eve, time spent baking Italian Cookies with loved ones, or simply being at home enjoying her pool. She truly believed that faith, family and friends were the most important and she had room in her heart for everyone she met. Sandy made an unforgettable impression on those lucky enough to meet her. Her faith kept her grounded and helped her through life's challenges. Her passing leaves a hole in our hearts. Sandy will be deeply missed by those who loved her.
