Scott O'Donnell

Scott O’Donnell, 54, of Worcester passed away unexpectedly on April 10, 2024.

Sadly, in addition to his parents, Harold and Carol (Creamer) O’Donnell, Scott was predeceased by his brother, Keith and Uncle, Paul.

Scott is survived by his beloved brothers, Harold O'Donnell of Worcester and Michael Wilson and his wife Heather of Charlton; his dear stepsisters; his caring nieces Jamie and Sarah and nephews, Jake, Sean, Evan and Liam; his loving great-niece Avery; his cherished cousins, Chris and Mary Ellen; and his adored uncles, John, Tom, and Terry.

Scott was born in Worcester, graduated from Doherty High School and went on to attend AIC. He moved on to work with the Worcester Police Department as a dispatcher.

Scott had a great love for watching and playing football, especially watching the Washington Redskins. He also enjoyed UConn's basketball teams both men's and women's.

Scott, Scotty, "Scooter," or however you knew him, touched you. With his laid-back demeanor, sense of humor, and blunt attitude towards life.

A period of calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 9:30am to 10:30am at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A Funeral Mass will be held for 11:00am at St. Peters Catholic Church, 931 Main Street, Worcester, with interment to immediately follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester.
