Shirley A. Rodgers

Shirley A. (Kniskern) Rodgers, 90, of Shrewsbury, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024.

Born August 23, 1934, in Worcester to the late, Holmer Ralph and Irene (Brown) Kniskern. Shirley was an incredibly strong, kind, stubborn, and caring woman. You could often find her crocheting, making puzzles, or doing crosswords. Shirley also loved watching Hallmark, playing cards, collecting various items, reading the obituary section of the newspaper, and supporting those that she loved in any way she could.

Shirley is survived by her children, Sharon Duval and her husband Robert of Shrewsbury, Cheryl Nardone of Charlton, and John Rodgers of Chesapeake; her adored grandchildren, Shannon Coccia; her dear great grandchildren, Morgan Coccia and Rowyn Coccia; her treasured great-great granddaughter, Ashley Arter; and many other grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
