Stellina M. (Perrone) Cicero, 88, of Worcester, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023, in the comfort of her home. Her beloved husband of forty-eight years, Philip A. Cicero, predeceased her.
Stellina is survived by two sons, Philip Cicero, Jr. and his wife Judy of Melbourne, FL and Joseph Cicero of Worcester; three daughters, Deborah DePasquale of Arizona, Diane O’Malley and her husband Kevin of Bradenton, FL, and April LeBlanc of Worcester; a brother, Ergendino Perrone of Pelham, NH; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Stellina was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Angelo and Mary (Conti) Perrone, but was raised by Angelo’s brother, Anthony and his wife Bomina (Ginese) Perrone, and their family became united as one. She was predeceased by eleven siblings, Vincent, Joseph, Angelo, and Samuel Perrone, John D’Aguanno, Marco “Butch” D’Aguanno, Loretta Ferro, Jean Bennet, Antoinette Dubois, Louise Marchese, and Rose Finne.
Stellina worked as a teacher’s aide for many years at City View School in Worcester, retiring in 2000. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Her Funeral Mass will be Thursday, April 13, at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 33 Massasoit Road, Worcester. Interment will follow at Saint John’s Cemetery.
