Steven Burt Dulin of Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away, April 8, 2022, at his home, at the age of 51, after a long battle with cancer.
Steven was born September 21, 1970, in St. Louis, Missouri, to William W. Dulin and Erma H. (Moody) Dulin; they moved to Oklahoma when he was 10 years old, where he graduated from Noble High School. He moved to Worcester, with his mother in 1988, so he could attend Worcester Polytechnic Institute. After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering, he made Worcester his home. There, he lived with his mother and helped care for his special-needs brother.
During his career, he worked for Micron Separations, Osmonics, and General Electric (14 yrs). For the last 5 years, Steve worked for Sterlitech, where he was treated with much respect and given incredible support through his final ordeal.
Steve loved to fish in Oklahoma, loved all things Air & Space, and was a card-carrying Chickasaw Indian. He loved classic movies, old music, his birds, and Reese’s.
Steve is survived by his parents, his brother William “Bill”, his sister Lisa, and his niece Shannon.
There will be a Memorial Service on Tuesday, April 12, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 6 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
