Susan B. Goodrich

Susan B. (Brewer) Goodrich, 70, of Leominster, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, her forty-ninth wedding anniversary, at UMass Hospital in Worcester.

Susan is survived by her loving husband of forty-nine years, Douglas C. Goodrich; a daughter, Carol A. Clouthier and her husband Robert Clouthier, Jr. of Worcester; a step son, Thomas Goodrich of Rutland; a brother, Herbert Brewer of Worcester; two grandchildren, Alysia L. Clouthier and Mark J. Clouthier; nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a sister, Patricia St. Germain.  Susan was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Herbert and Beatrice (Martin) Brewer.  She lived many years in Worcester, before moving to Leominster thirty years ago.

Susan worked as an accounts payable representative for Allegro Micro Systems for forty-nine years, retiring this past April.  Susan loved animals, shopping, camping, boating and special times with her family and friends.  She and Doug were fortunate to have enjoyed travelling to different parts of the world, including Cuba, Hawaii, and many cruises on many seas; she also enjoyed a “girls only” trip with her friends to Paris.

Calling Hours for Susan will be on Sunday, November 11, from 3 p.m. until her Funeral Service begins at 6 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, MA.  Interment services will be held privately.
