Susan A. Healy

Susan A.  (Ciuffredo) Healy, 66, of North Brookfield died peacefully on Thursday December 17, 2020 in the UMASS Medical Center after a brief illness. Susan leaves her husband  of 20 years John “Jack” Healy of North Brookfield formerly of Worcester, her brother Leonard Ciuffedo and his wife Juliann of Worcester, her sisters Lois Ciuffredo of Worcester, and Mary Ann Bardier and her husband Ernie of Charlton. Many nephews and nieces.

Susan was born in Worcester daughter of the Late Matteo and Mary (Lorusso) Ciuffredo and has lived in North Brookfield many years. She attended Sacred Heart Academy and was a graduate of St. Peters High School. Susan worked at the UMass Medical Center. She loved going to Maine with Jack and being in the Sun at the Beach. She was an avid walker. Susan was known for her writing of poetry about many different subjects. She was known to many Worcester residents for her poetic verses of Sympathy or for Joyous occasions. She would hear about individuals worldwide and write many meaningful poems. She wrote about the loss of all the Worcester Firefighters. She liked Angels and is now up in heaven with all of them. Susan will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Susan’s calling hours will be held on Monday December 21, from 4PM to 6PM in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. A Service will be held at 6PM after the calling hours in the Funeral Home. Interment will be private in St. Johns Cemetery at a later date. Masks and social distancing must be adhered to in the funeral home.
