Tony was born on February 9, 1976, in Worcester and was a graduate of North High School.

He is survived by his wife, Leslie Girardi, of Millbury; their loving sons Biagio Robert Cesaitis and Antoneo Angelo Cesaitis, which whom he adored and lived for; and his niece Kailee Curry, all of Millbury; his father, Robert L. Cesaitis, Sr. and his mother, Eileen (O'Day) Cesaitis both of Millbury; his beloved brother, Robert L. Cesaitis, Jr. and wife Melissa of Worcester; his sister-in law Erin “McMahon” Fournier and her husband Jamie; brother-in law Angelo (A.J.) Girardi and his wife Karen; his nieces MaKayla Cesaitis, Madison Cesaitis, Abigail Girardi and his nephews Michael Cesaitis and Joshua Girardi, all who he adored deeply and loved as his own; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his loving family dog Dallas.

In his younger years Tony played for the Joe DiMaggio Little League, the Worcester Crusaders Football League, where he made lifelong friendships. He loved working in the masonry and rubbish removal/demolition field which he did most of his life until recently switching to a Property Maintenance Supervisor position out in Braintree.

Tony’s greatest pride and joy was his entire family. He was lucky enough to have made friendships that lasted his lifetime. He proudly gleamed with pride being an uncle, a godson, godfather, brother, son, husband and most of all…a DAD. He loved hard and would do anything and everything to protect his family and he always kept them all laughing. He will be remembered for his ability to create and sing a song out of anything, his ability to fix anything that was broken, his ability to be the one that everyone called upon during a time of need and most of all he will be remembered for how great of a family man he was to his wife and his sons.
