William J. Kehoe

William J. Kehoe Jr., 91, of Worcester, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023. He was born in Bronx, NY to William Sr., and Catherine (Healy) Kehoe. He was the husband of the late, Elizabeth (Tomanini) Kehoe.

William is survived by his beloved children, Daniel Kehoe and his wife Cheryl, and Karen Morrissey and her husband David; his loving grandchildren, Kristen Kennedy and her husband Christopher, Amanda Kehoe, Eric Morrissey and his wife Courtney, Andrew Kehoe, Matthew Morrissey and his wife Amber; his three great-grandsons Landon, Grayson, and Logan.

In addition to his wife and parents, William was predeceased by his brother, James Kehoe. 

William was a graduate of Christopher Columbus High School in Bronx, NY. He was a proud retired U.S. Navy Veteran. William was an avid member of American Legion, Bronx, NY, and the Worcester Chapter of the National Camping Association. He was a glazier for the local 1044 and for the Worcester Public Schools Department. 

William loved traveling to warmer weather in his camper. His favorite spots included Florida, Myrtle Beach and Ogunquit, Maine. William and his wife frequented flea markets in Florida and made so many memories in Maine with the whole family. He enjoyed basking in the sun, drinking a cold beer, and eating his favorite fish. William was an avid coffee drinker, loving his mornings at McDonalds. He also enjoyed watching politics and was a big Red Sox and Patriots fan. 

The period of calling hours will be on Thursday, October 5th from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11:30 at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Interment will immediately follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester.
