Jonathan E. Carrion, 43, of Worcester, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022, in the comfort of his home. He is reunited in Heaven with his father, Edward A. Carrion, who predeceased him in March 2017.
Jonathan is survived by his children, Elijah and Juilianna; his mother, Margie (Carrero) Carrion of Auburn; a brother, Jared E. Carrion of Auburn; a sister, Bryanna M. Carrion and her husband Matthew Belculfine of Webster; his maternal grandmother, Baudilia Carrero of Worcester; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jonathan was born in Worcester and lived here all his life. He graduated from Doherty High School in 1997.
Jonathan worked as a “cable guy” for Tri-Wire Company, and most recently as a subcontractor for Shrewsbury Electric Company. He loved spending time with his children, he was a talented painter and sketch artist. He enjoyed cooking, watching movies, magic, and those who knew him considered him to be an animal whisperer.
He took great pride in his family and being a father. He will be missed immensely by all who knew him.
Calling Hours will be on Monday, October 17, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. His Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, October 18, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
